Privacy Policy
The short version
- What you type stays yours. We collect account, usage and media data to run the Service, and you keep ownership of everything you upload.
- Ads are consent-based in the EU and excluded for California residents; standard analytics and ad SDKs are listed below.
- You can see or delete your data any time from My Data in the app, or by emailing us. GDPR and CCPA rights apply in full.
- No one under 16. We do not want minors' data.
Collection & processing of personal data
We collect the data needed to provide and improve the Service:
- Account information — name, email, age, sex, location.
- Usage data — IP address, device identifiers, browsing activity.
- Media you provide — images and videos, including face data where a feature requires it.
- Third-party sign-in — Google, Apple or Facebook account details you share.
- Device permissions — contacts, camera, photos, location, when you grant them.
How we use your data
- Provide and maintain the Service, manage your account and contracts.
- Contact you about updates and offers.
- Display interest-based advertising — in the EU only with your consent; excluded for California residents.
- Comply with legal obligations, detect fraud and protect security.
Data sharing
Personal data may be shared with service providers (analytics, advertising, payment processors), business partners and affiliates, third parties involved in mergers or acquisitions, and law enforcement when legally required.

- Analytics: Google Analytics, Firebase, Flurry, Singular, Adapty.
- Advertising: Google AdSense, AdMob, AppLovin, Facebook Audience Network.
- Remarketing: Google Ads, Facebook.
- Payments: Apple In-App Payments, Google Play In-App Payments.
Data retention
Personal data is kept as long as necessary for the purposes above and for legal compliance. Usage data is retained for shorter periods unless needed for security or service improvement.
Content you upload
Your images and videos remain until you delete them. Images used for AI-generated content are deleted from our servers after generation. We do not collect or use facial data to improve our generative services. You keep ownership of your content — we don't sell, trade or claim it.
Your rights
Request access to your data at [email protected], or delete it in the app under My Data.
- GDPR (EU): access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal.
- CCPA (California): know what is collected, delete it, opt out of "sales" to advertising partners, non-discrimination.
Children
We do not wish to collect or process data of minors under 16. California users under 18 may request removal of publicly posted content (Business & Professions Code §22581).
Security & international transfers
We use encryption, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Your data may be transferred internationally; submitting your information represents your agreement to that transfer.
Changes to this policy
We notify you by email or a prominent notice before changes take effect; the date at the top always reflects the latest version.
