The short version
- Personal use only. You get a license to use Wave; the app, themes and code remain ours.
- Wave PRO renews weekly after a 3-day free trial; cancel via your Apple ID at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Play fair. No scraping, reverse engineering, impersonation or malware.
- Romanian law governs these terms; questions go to [email protected].
Agreement to terms
By accessing the App you accept these terms in full. We may change them unilaterally; continued use implies acceptance. The App is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
Intellectual property
All content, code and designs are proprietary. You receive a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only. No copying, reproduction or commercial exploitation is permitted without written permission.
User representations
Registration information must be accurate and current. You warrant that you are at least 13 years old, will not access the Service by automated means, and will not use it for any illegal purpose.
Prohibited activities
- Scraping or harvesting data from the Service.
- Circumventing security features or reverse engineering the App.
- Impersonation, harassment, or uploading malware.
- Using our content to compete with us.
Subscriptions
Wave PRO is a weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial. Charges renew automatically; cancel through your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
Term & termination
We reserve the right to terminate access without notice or liability, for any reason.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Romania; disputes are subject to the Romanian legal framework.
